Warranty, Lifetime Replacement for Ironwood Tools:

If our tools fail to work due to any defect in workmanship or materials within 5 years of purchase we will replace it or provide parts for repair at no cost (USA only; shipping will be charged for International replacements). Blades and springs are considered maintenance items and are only covered if they visibly break.

Email the following for warranty/replacement claims to cs@horizonsltd.com:

• Picture of the full tool and the broken part

• Copy of your receipt (required*)

• Your name, address and phone number

• Any information needed to explain the issue
